The StairMaster® 4400 PT FreeClimber offers many of the advantages of the original StairMaster® 4000 PT, while encouraging your best workout posture. Without handrails or bars to lean on, the StairMaster® 4400 PT makes sure all your exercise focus is placed on the lower body. To that end, the 4400 PT also offers independent pedal geometry and an enlarged sweet-spot to make your climbing smoother and more enjoyable. Once you’ve reached your peak, the StairMaster® 4400 PT’s electronically controlled brake brings you down gently. The 4400 PT also employs a unique quiet-drive transmission that provides smooth and responsive operation. The computer console throws an array of 9 programs your way for motivational purposes, and speed control buttons allow you to adjust your intensity from anywhere in the workout. In fact, the display is an advanced LED model that provides feedback on everything from miles pedaled, calories/hr, and speed, to Watts and METs. Wireless Polar® telemetry monitors take care of the heart rate management chores. All this is squeezed into a 70” x 44” x 22” package, which fits into a floor space of less than 2’ x 4’. Overall weight is less than 150 lbs., so you can position the 4400 PT easily. |
