The StairMaster 916 Stepper is the latest evolution of state-of-the-art climbing exercise and features a patented, independent pedal geometry ensures safe, biomechanically correct movement. The high intensity, short-duration workout of a StairMaster stepper is unbeatable, speed control buttons allow you to increase or decrease the intensity of stepping action at any time during your workout. Space-saving design fits in less than 2' x 4' of floor space. Polar chest strap and compatible telemetric Heart Rate monitoring are standard equipment on this stair climber. The StairMaster 916 Stepper offers 10 total workout programs which make it easy to vary your workouts to create an effective training regimen. The SC916 includes an easy-to-read, backlit LCD console that monitors your steps, calories burned, time, and more. In addition, the console is designed to integrate with the NV915 15-inch LCD TV (sold separately). |
