The revolutionary 95Li Summit Trainer from Life Fitness introduces a new kind of low-impact cardiovascular training that combines the total-body effects of crosstraining and climbing in one intuitive machine that delivers an intense and challenging workout to users at any fitness level. Linear Incline Fit Training™ technology utilizes a patented belt-driven system to deliver a variable, user-defined stride length up to 26” for a versatile range of motion. Five different training positions activate different muscle groups by incorporating short, quick strides and long, deep lunges, allowing even more workout flexibility, and providing effective and efficient upper, lower, or total-body workouts. The natural climbing motion and smooth transition between short or long strides and deep lunges allows users to effortlessly control workout intensity and target specific muscle groups for an extreme cardiovascular workout. Precisely synchronized upper and lower body movements provide a biomechanically correct path of motion and optimally balanced anatomical positioning. With 27 programs including Zone Training+™ heart rate workouts, interval and goal workouts, a fit test, 6 customizable programs, and more, plus 25 levels of resistance, the 95Li Summit Trainer delivers intense and adaptable workout possibilities.
