|
Using proprietary Fit Stride™ technology, the Life Fitness 95Xi Elliptical Crosstrainer is one of the smoothest gym machines you will ever ride. Precisely positioned arm handles add to this user-friendly quality, and you will get a total body workout choosing from amongst 30 programs, including 5 Zone Training+™ Heart Rate programs, which automatically adjust resistance levels for those who want to stay at a pre-determined heart rate. In addition to a 20” stride length, the 95Xi’s non-slip pedals are oversized and placed just 28” apart, which limits hip shifting and lowers back stress. Heart rate monitoring duties are handled by Lifepulse™ digital hand sensors and Polar® telemetry equipment. As the 95Xi is designed with crosstraining in mind, some of its available workout options include Crosstrain Reverse and Crosstrain Aerobics modes, a Fit Test, and 6 customizable programs, and the 95Xi generates prompts on its display to keep users motivated. Of course, a reading rack and accessory tray are included, and like other Life Fitness products the 95Xi is self-powered and totally mobile, with rear wheels and no electrical cords to deal with. You don’t even need to speak English to workout with the Life Fitness 95Xi: all data is available in up to 9 different languages on a dual-level alphanumeric LED Console. |
