| A Ab Coaster CTL is, and can best be described as follows: The AB Coaster CTL is a new addition to the Ab Coaster Commercial Series product line. The unique design of the CTL features the patented Ab Coaster bottom- up movement without rails. The trackless CTL design features a frictionless resistance system making the motion very easy for any user, including de-conditioned and rehab patients, and makes for easy maintenance and super-quiet operation. Other features it boasts are a heavy-duty steel frame, urethane molded arm pads with adjustable grips and free-style motion seat. The AB Coaster CTL has a Olympic weight capacity of 40lbs and user weight capacity of 450lbs. |

| What is a Plate-Loaded Piece? |
|
| A Ab Coaster CTL is classed as a Plate-Loaded piece. Plate-loaded strength training machines use standard 1", or Olympic 2" plates, which are stored on weight horns, and are usually made of steel, rubber, or urethane. The plates are loaded onto the ends of a bar in the appropriate increments for the desired resistance, and this weight is used to generate the major opposing force during a weight training exercise. |
