FreeMotion Lift Overview |
| A FreeMotion Lift is, and can best be described as follows: Lift |
| This particular FreeMotion Lift is a Ground Zero Lift. The Free Motion Ground Zero line is a revolutionary 18-piece strength training system that overcomes the limitations of traditional fixed pattern exercises by incorporating functional training with real-life results, allowing you to "Train the Way You Move." The Ground Zero line functionally trains numerous muscle groups of the body simultaneously in natural, real-life, compound movement patterns, for an integrated total body workout. Unique machines include the Step, which develops balance, coordination, and lower body strength for activities such as climbing stairs, and the Lift, which trains the leg, arm, and back muscles to work together for spinal stabilization and activities that require lifting. The Single and Dual Cable Cross boast ground breaking proprietary features and provide an almost limitless range of diverse total body training exercises. |

| What is a Selectorized Piece? |
| A FreeMotion Lift is classed as a Selectorized piece. Selectorized units are strength machines that have a weight stack, typically ranging from 100 - 500 lbs, in which a specific increment weight can be selected. The particular weight is usually selected with a pin, which permits a number of resistance options, thus allowing a vast range of users, from beginners, to more advanced, to obtain a beneficial and progressive workout on a single machine. |
Upholstery |
| The FreeMotion Lift upholstery is stripped off and replaced in-house with over 200 color options of original Naugahydeâ„¢ or BoltaFlexâ„¢; new backboards and memory foam are replaced when necessary. Our double stitching and precision sewing ensure conformity to manufacturers original specifications. |
