We are getting a great participation rate on our company fitness room. I have to credit Global Fitness and the Life Fitness equipment that we put in for a lot of that. Our company has just shy of 100 employees, and last month we had 24 different staff members sign in for 152 uses with a total of 5689 minutes. And I know a couple of the staff are anti-big brother types who don't sign in. I doubt many companies can claim better than a 25% participation rate in their fitness room after they have had it in for over a year, unless they are giving a big incentive or something. |
