The StairMaster® 4200PT FreeClimber stepper offers the same independent step-action, patented pedal geometry, and electronically controlled braking system as the original StairMaster® stairclimber, but this space efficient model only requires 2’ x 4’ of space. The distinctive, rail-less design, with upper body handles for workout support, promotes biomechanically correct exercise form, and ensures you get the most beneficial Cardiovascular and lower body workout. The electronically controlled alternator with chain drive precisely controls the pedal descent from 26 to 174 steps per minute, allowing you to maintain a leisurely pace, or step hard to obtain a vigorous workout. Features include three pre-set workout programs, plus Manual/Self-pace, 20 levels of intensity, Speed control buttons that enable you to vary the intensity of the stepping action during your workout, and a motivating computer console that displays workout statistics such as time, calories burned, distance traveled, floors climbed, and step rate. You’re sure to achieve all of your personal fitness goals on the space-saving 4200PT stepper. |
