A prominent display keeps you apprised of time, distance, heart rate, watts, METS, calories, resistance, strides, and strides/minute. This is a treadmill for the serious athlete or novice exerciser alike. Touch sensitive control makes operating this heavy-duty machine a breeze. Other relevant stats on the C956 include: 1) Reversible deck for longer life 2) a 60” x 20” spacious walking surface 3) Heart rate telemetry combined with touch heart rate sensors 4) 21 built-in programs, including a 5K course, and cross-country courses (3) Interval workouts (4) a fitness test, and many more. |
