Our professionally refurbished Spinner bikes set the industry standard, which competitors can only try to emulate. This process is done to the manufacturer’s specifications and is conducted exclusively in-house, allowing for complete control over quality. Our certified refurbished gym equipment are truly in a class of their own.
All of the normal wear items on our refurbished spin bikes, including the high-quality grips and seats, are either re-touched or completely replaced as part of our top-notch remanufacturing process. Pedals are also carefully inspected for wear, with those showing signs of deterioration immediately replaced.
The decals and emblems on our fitness products are intended to make them stand out from the competition. Hence, the labels and emblems on our refurbished spin bikes are replaced with brand new versions of the original, making it difficult to distinguish the remanufactured products from those that are brand new.
The high-quality fly wheels and drive belts on our refurbished Spinner bikes are crucial to the bike’s performance. Therefore, all flywheels are carefully inspected, and some will undergo the process of powder coating and or re-chroming. Drive belts are always replaced as a matter of procedure.
Our standard practice at GFI is to repair or replace every component of the braking and resistance systems, including tension knobs. Brake pads on our refurbished spin bikes are always changed out with modern pads as suggested by the manufacturer—pads designed to increase the lifespan of the braking system.
To make certain that all of the mechanical parts on our refurbished Spinner bikes continue to offer the very finest in smooth, quiet performance, components such as bushings are entirely pressed or bored out and replaced with modern copper bushings—parts designed to offer the best in fluidity and function.
The various metal components that comprise the frame and drive systems on our refurbished spin/group cycling bikes can become worn, faded and chipped over time. For that reason, all of these components undergo our systematic refinishing process at our very own silica sandblasting and powder coating facility.
Many of our refurbished Spin bikes have plastic shrouds that encapsulate the flywheel to prevent potential oxidation (rust). Consequently, we thoroughly inspect all of these components to look for signs of wear. Plastics that are dilapidated are always replaced, while those in good order are merely refinished.
Our Refurbished Machines carry a 1 Year comprehensive parts & labor warranty.
